So What Now?
Well we are starting to ship out all of your rewards and just want to thank you for all your patience and understanding as you awaited your well deserved rewards!
Here are some pictures we took after we organized the shipment out.

What You Can Do
1) For those of you who haven't filled out your backerkit survey, please do so that we can finalize your address and ship out your rewards!
2) Await your shipment. By the end of Saturday, we should have finished shipping out all the orders and you should expect your shipment to arrive 3-4 days (domestic) and 7-10 days (international), but hopefully sooner!

We keep pushing our manufacturer/shipping agent to give us an update and if they can rush the order. Looks like they've been on top of our request and we should be receiving our Commuter RollTop Backpacks and Unroll Tool Rolls this coming weekend!

Morning! As we wait for our shipment to come in, we had some questions for you all.
We've spent months designing the Commuter RollTop and Unroll Tool Roll with you in mind. We wanted to keep the design super minimal, but at the same time, provide solid functionality for your needs. At this point, we're super proud of what we came out with!
However, it's always the right time to innovate and improve. We wanted to get in touch with you all to see:
1) What do you enjoy about our Commuter RollTop and Unroll Tool Roll?
2) Are there other cool features you'd like to see on it?
Now's the chance to voice your opinion and really be a part of our design process! While we aren't looking to create a new version any time soon, your comments really do help us continue to think of new ideas and solutions to your everyday problems.
Who knows, maybe you'll see your own suggestion in our future product launches.
First And Foremost
We just finished the paperwork for Customs since our last update. It's a green light.
Our manufacturer and shipping team are prepping to get all of our inventory in before CNY, which you all know can be a drag when it comes time for projects to deliver. We've taken this into account since our last campaign and everything is looking pretty good so far.
In Terms Of Building Our Brand
We are always open to other suggestions that will help us build our brand and create experiences for you. We've been up to a lot with building out the brand besides product development.

Besides making dope products for you, we're always looking to progress the creative culture. That's why we have our own blog featuring artists, musicians, photographers, cyclists, and more! Be sure to check it out if you haven't already and let us know what you think.

Commuters Are Making Their Commute Over Here!

Right? We're pretty excited too!
We just got confirmation from our manufacturer that the Commuter RollTops and Unroll Tool Rolls have just finished and they're prepping the shipment as we speak.
We're reading your mind right now and you're probably thinking, "So... when are they gonna get here?"
*drumroll*
Estimated date of arrival: February 6th
Now we've set the expected month of delivery to be in January, but we would really appreciate it if you could wait a couple of days further. Once we receive our shipment, we are gonna do 2 things:
1) Load up on caffeine
2) Package all your rewards as fast as we can
We don't mind pulling all nighters if that means all you backers get to receive your well-deserved rewards! We'll be working day and night, but we'll always make sure to check each and every bag for quality.

The Commuters Are In Production (Right On Time)

It's Been A While Hasn't It?
Now you may be asking yourself, "Are they even making the bags?"
Rest assured, we've been steadily grinding day by day to make sure the bags get here in time and are in, of course, great quality.
We've been in constant contact with our manufacturer and have since approved the final sample so that they have decided to begin production around 3-4 weeks ago. They're currently wrapping up the rest of the production order and should be keeping us updated during this week.
To help put your mind at ease, here are some progress pictures and of us making sure they select the best quality of hardware (right down to the pocket cord stopper end):

As we're going through some pretty big life transitions, we're doing our best to handle all aspects of our business. However, we know there has been one area we've been struggling with: Customer Service (The most important aspect of a business).
Without our supporters, how could we call ourselves a business?
Call it what you will, but since the new year hit, a resolution seems fitting. We're doubling down our focus on making sure we treat our supporters right and keeping you all updated with the progress as best we can.
We just thank you for still being here along for the journey and hope you can continue to support us as we know our supporters probably have the most patience of all the other customers we know.
